Quinn Pham

Since Fall 2022, I have been a Ph.D. student at the University of Massachusetts, Boston in the Developmental and Brain Sciences program. I earned my B.A. in Cognitive Science at Tufts University and my M.A. in Psychology at Boston University.

At UMass Boston, I am advised by Dr. Tashauna Blankenship. We are studying the development of episodic future thinking in infants, toddlers, and young adolescents. I have a particular interest in the role of social interaction and social cognition, more broadly, in episodic future thinking and planning. I am also curious about computational neuroscience, machine learning, and philosophy of mind.

I am part of UMass Boston's Early Minds Lab. Check out their website for news and updated studies! I am also currently a ManyBabies Student Advisor.

In my free time, I like creative writing, reading psychological thrillers, puzzles, and escape rooms.
